Lease Placement Referrals
We will provide a lease placement referral of 10% of one month rent. We will pay upon tenant taking possession provided that a referral agreement is submitted to Real Property Management – Viking at the time the Term Sheet is Approved by the applicant. Additional referral compensation is available if you have an in-person meeting with our Property Management team to discuss our Realtor Referral program for Property Management referrals.
